Payment Terms

All Petrol orders must be prepaid by credit card. Petrol accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping Information

Petrol's standard shipping method is via FedEx ground to addresses within the United States and we are therefore unable to ship to post office boxes. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise noted. Please note, higher shipping charges may be applied for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, outlying territories, for alternate shipping methods or expedited shipping.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Returns, Lost or Damaged Goods Policy

The purchaser is responsible for notifying us of items shipped in error or not received.  For damaged or defective merchandise, the purchaser must notify us within five (5) days of receipt of the merchandise. Additional documentation may be required to substantiate a defective merchandise claim such as pictures of damaged product, etc.  Petrol, in Petrol’s sole discretion, may either replace damaged merchandise or offer a credit to the customer.  Credit is limited to the value of the product damaged/returned.

Storage and Use

Please store unopened cans of Petrol in a dry area at room temperature or cooler. You should avoid storage in extremely cold or hot environments.  Since Petrol is made with natural flavorings and no preservatives, it is pasteurized to ensure maximum shelf life and product integrity.

Petrol may be served at room temperature or refrigerated.  Any opened can and unused portion should be refrigerated and used promptly. Any portion of Petrol unconsumed by your pet should be disposed after a few hours of serving.

Petrol is not liable for the integrity of the product once opened and dispensed.

Petrol is intended as a treat and can safely be a part of your dog’s daily liquid intake. Your dog can enjoy as much Petrol as you wish to offer. In addition, please give your pet access to clean, fresh water.

If there is any concern on whether Petrol is right for your dog, consult with your veterinarian, especially if your dog is sick.

Petrol requires a minimum two case order (46 cans total) by Wholesale Customers.
